"Well, I am impressed. The Medusas have been running non-stop for over 300 hours without a hiccup, and boy, what smooth running. Day and night compared to the 8.1 Horizons that were on the boat before. None of that rough idle, sputtering while getting up to speed. I told them I wanted a cruising engine that could run on the lowest octane since that's what you find on the islands, and that's what they built me. So far, no detonations, nothing. Engines idle very strongly, even into the current up the channels, keeping her steady but still whipping the props any second like a big diesel. Really good engines, I am one happy salt dog"
